Amazon is seeking an Account Management executive for its DSP Program team. The person will be responsible for managing multiple charters within the DSP program, such as compliance, VAS, partner profitability, MOT and Block mix at stations, reporting mechanisms, partner review AI tracking, daily performance metrics, and report publishing. The role reports to the Business Coach / Sr. Business Coach.
The ideal candidate should have ownership qualities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, be proficient in Excel, possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities, and have good oral/written communication skills. Travel across multiple stations may be required based on Business Coach directives and operational needs.
Skills

* Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook
* Ability to analyze large data sets and identify patterns

Basic Qualifications
* Graduation in any discipline
* 1-5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, stakeholder management
* Last mile operations experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Support BC in tracking DOT metrics, identifying defaulting DSP partners
* Track partner profitability metrics, route goals, and highlight actionable insights
* Minimize NL losses through coordination with station teams and BC
* Monitor DSP support hub actions and escalate when necessary
* Deep dive into network health scores and escalate issues
* Follow-up on DSP review AI actions and escalate issues
* Assist in onboarding new partners, compliance tracking, VAS adoption, invoicing disputes, and other operational tasks
* Support station onboarding, licensing, dashboard access, and other checkpoints for new DSP partners
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in last mile or seller verticals
