You will be providing an excellent customer experience for both prospect business & existing customers. We achieve this through constant collaboration with our sales teams & internal stakeholders to ensure the business is achieving goals. Also, we aim to improve customer satisfaction scores & process efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Focusing on delivering an excellent customer journey by partnering with other teams to serve the customer and ensure a positive experience.
* Being a direct point of contact for customer queries such as billing, invoice issues, and product configuration updates, enabling customer growth.
* Ensuring data hygiene within the CRM system by keeping customer accounts, opportunities, and communication records accurate and up to date.
* Providing tailored support during critical times like contracting or renewing, communicating clearly the requirements and next steps for a frictionless customer experience.
Requirements

* Experience working in a B2B environment with high-value corporate clients.
* Administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
