Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
* Work collaboratively with a team of qualified and non-qualified conveyancing fee earners
* Handle a variety of conveyancing matters, including sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, new builds and help to buy
