Our Client A well established facilities management and property maintenance contractor who have been established for over 40 years and employ over 500 members of staff require a Facilities Manager to manage the FM hard services department throughout their Healthcare division. The role will be covering sites throughout Essex and Hertfordshire. Maintenance Supervisor / Manager Duties - Supervise / Manager a team of maintenance engineers and sub-contractors across four NHS sites in Essex and Hertfordshire - Ensure repairs and maintenance delivery complies with contract requirements - Act as the first point of contact for the client on site and update with maintenance performance - Auditing building services / facilities engineering team and ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard - Work with the coordination / scheduling team to ensure all required fabric, maintenance, and building services work is delivered on time Maintenance Supervisor / Manager Requirements - Experience working as a Supervisor / Manager within a facilities management or building services environment - Knowledge and experience in health care / NHS maintenance delivery (Advantageous) - Reside in a commutable distance of the Essex / Hertfordshire area Maintenance Supervisor / Manager Remuneration - Salary £43,000 - £46,000 - Car Allowance over £5,000 - 25 Days Holiday BH - Remote/ Home Working Flexibility - Private Medical Insurance - Sick Pay - Company Pension - 4.5% - Life Assurance - Discount Schemes - Gymflex and Health & Well-Being Plans
