We are seeking a motivated, caring, and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming schools in Northamptonshire. No previous school experience is required—just enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Training and support will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom with their learning
* Working with small groups or 1:1 under teacher guidance
* Helping create a positive, engaging learning environment
* Assisting with classroom routines, resources, and displays
* Contributing to the wider life of the school

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to follow guidance and work as part of a team
* Previous TA experience is desirable, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
