The Role
At Senior or Associate level, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high quality monitoring services to a wide portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include:
Reviewing development proposals, construction budgets and delivery strategies.
Preparing independent, concise and reliable reports for banks, funds and investors.
Monitoring construction progress, financial performance and programme adherence.
Identifying risks, advising clients on mitigation strategies and safeguarding financial exposure.
Developing strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the monitoring service line.
Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and guidance.
About You
We are seeking a confident, client focused professional with a strong technical background. Ideally, you will have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline.
Chartered status (MRICS) or be close to achieving it.
Experience in fund/bank monitoring, or a solid consultancy background with exposure to monitoring and looking to become specialist.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage risk effectively.
