Peace Recruitment are working with a civil engineering contractor who require a Site Engineer for a short term project in North East Scotland.
The role will support works involving concrete repairs and construction of a reinforced concrete structure on an existing coastal asset.
This position will suit an engineer who is comfortable with setting out, QA processes and maintaining accurate records of completed works.
Responsibilities
* Setting out works in accordance with drawings
* Marking repair locations and recording completed works
* Re measuring repairs and maintaining detailed records
* QA inspections and site documentation
* Supporting production of RAMS
* Carrying out inductions, briefings and H&S checks
Requirements
* Strong setting out capability
* Experience with concrete or structural works preferred
* Comfortable with QA documentation and site records
* CSCS card
Project details
* Start late March
* Duration approximately 10-12 weeks
* Shift pattern 12 day fortnight
* Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
* Weekend work every second weekend
* Accommodation available if required
