Location: Busy 3PL Warehouse
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00)

We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join a busy and dynamic 3PL warehouse environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused individual to play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple client accounts.

Role Overview
As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for managing stock accuracy, tracking inventory movements, and supporting both inbound and outbound warehouse processes. Your work will be essential in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high service levels across the operation.

️ Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records
* Carry out regular stock counts and reconciliations
* Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring all movements are recorded correctly
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
* Support warehouse teams with stock location and organisation
* Produce and maintain stock reports and documentation
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies
* Identify opportunities for process improvements within stock control

✅ What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
* Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Experience using inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to carry out physical warehouse tasks when required
* A reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
* Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and future shift patterns
