We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the St James's Place Academy Training team, supporting and developing the largest intakes of new financial advisers of any financial institution in the UK. This individual will support the Executive Academy Manager with the development of Academy Trainers whilst also delivering some training to delegates themselves.
Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of the Academy Curriculum for New Partners and Advisers to increase standards and productivity.
2. Support the Executive Manager in the development of the existing Training team.
3. Act as an Ambassador for the Academy Training Programme with partners across the business.
4. To be proactive in keeping up to date with the knowledge and content of the Academy Programme.
5. Deliver first class training interventions via face to face in locations, virtually and in peer group sessions.
6. Ability to interpret a Training Needs Analysis and deliver custom training interventions.
7. To work as part of the Academy Leadership Team who will engage with other customers in the business.
Special Requirements
8. This is a management level role that requires you to oversee and develop a team of direct reports. Previous line management responsibility is essential.
9. Being a Qualified Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is required.
10. Experience of delivering training, or experience of presenting to large groups.
11. Proven experience of training and coaching Financial Advisers would be an advantage.
12. Previous experience of leading and developing Individuals
13. Holding a coaching qualification would be beneficial
