The Role
· Lead a motivated and enthusiastic Year 3 class
· Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that inspire all learners
· Encourage independence, resilience, and curiosity in pupils
· Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to deliver a creative and balanced curriculum
· Participate in school life through extracurricular activities, trips, and enrichment programs
Who You Are
· QTS and experienced teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience preferred)
· Outstanding classroom practitioner with excellent management skills
· Creative, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact
· Strong communicator with the ability to build meaningful relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
· Ambitious for professional growth, keen to contribute to curriculum development and school initiatives
