Job Description
* Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
* Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Record all interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries or complaints as well as actions taken.
* Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues that can't be resolved immediately.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new customer service protocol.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the construction industry or over the phone.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
