Temporary Electrician – York (YO41)
Location: York (YO41)
Duration: 2–3 weeks
Start Date: Tuesday 26th May
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Rate: Negotiable (PAYE only)
We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician for a short-term contract based in York (YO41), supporting ongoing works within amercial maintenance environment.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
2. Installation works including power, lighting, and small upgrades
3. Fault finding and rectification acrossmercial systems
4. Minor remedial works following inspections and testing
5. Ensuring all work ispleted in line with current electrical regulations and site standards
Requirements:
6. NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
7. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
8. Strong electrical installation knowledge
9. Proven experience withinmercial maintenance environments
10. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

12. 2–3 week contract
13. Full-time hours (8:00am – 4:30pm)
14. PAYE only (no CIS or self-employed payment options available)
15. Weekly pay via Hays payroll
