The Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to manage our call centre team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee a team of 15 agents handling inbound enquiries, live chat, and technical support. You'll also lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and develop an outbound sales programme. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence. Drive sales performance with accurate product and service knowledge. Oversee team operations to ensure prompt responses and efficient workflows. Collaborate with Marketing to improve customer experience and conversion rates. About You Proven experience managing customer service or sales teams. Strong sales skills and experience in customer relationship management. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
