As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have special educational needs
* Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural development
* Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements
* Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
We are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant who:
* Holds a minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology
* Is passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Shows patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations
