About The Role
As our Trainer / Recruitment Officer, you will:
* Be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our care staff: deliver both face-to-face training and oversee our eLearning platform
* Manage the training matrix
* Source, screen, and interview top talent: unearth qualified candidates for both temporary and permanent positions
* Be a matchmaker extraordinaire: assess candidate skills and aspirations, finding the perfect fit for our organization
* Embrace business development: identify and explore new business opportunities, forge strong partnerships with clients, and generate leads
* Maintain accurate records and data: ensure smooth operations with meticulous attention to detail

* 1-2 years of experience in recruitment: understanding industry ins and outs and navigating its dynamic landscape
