Salary: £23,535.26 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent

Your Role
As a Referrals Officer, you will be the vital link between local authorities, foster families, and social workers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing referrals from local authorities and ensuring placements are matched to children's needs.
* Using your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
* Building positive relationships through effective communication, both written and face-to-face.
We are looking for someone with:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.
* Experience in the children's services sector (preferred but not essential).
