The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre‑planned lessons to students across KS3 & KS4
* Maintain a calm, positive and focused learning environment
* Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Supervise classes in a variety of subjects
* Provide support to students with SEN or additional needs when required
* Encourage active participation, engagement and independent learning

The Ideal Candidate

* Have experience working with young people (youth work, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, clubs, volunteering etc.)
