️ Large-scale commercial and institutional projects

✔️ Strong hands-on formwork / shuttering estimating experience
✔️ Ability to step in and deliver from day one
✔️ Strong technical understanding of drawings, sequencing and construction methodology
✔️ Solid knowledge of labour, materials, productivity and logistics
✔️ Experience pricing complex concrete and structural scopes
✔️ Ambition to grow within a leading Tier 1 contractor
