1. * Installation * Install, wire, and commission electrical systems, including control panels, motors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and three-phase equipment. * Set up industrial machinery, conveyor systems, and automated production lines in compliance with technical specifications. * Maintenance & Inspections * Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime (e.g., lubricating motors, testing circuit integrity). * Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. * Troubleshooting & Repairs * Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools. * Repair or replace defective components (e.g., relays, sensors, circuit breakers) in high-voltage systems. * Respond to emergency breakdowns to restore operations swiftly. * Safety & Compliance * Adhere to Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and site-specific safety protocols. * Use PPE (e.g., insulated gloves, arc-flash protection) and implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
