Responsibilities
* Work as a Registered Nurse in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
* Provide person-centred care to Residents and support their families.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Uphold professional standards, effective communication (verbal and written), and model professional behaviours.
* Advocate safeguarding and participate in safeguarding training; recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and escalate concerns as required.
* Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for Residents.
About You
As a Registered Nurse, you will bring your existing skills to a nurse-led environment and work to support Residents during vulnerable times, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
* Valid PIN number and understanding of the standards of practice set by the NMC.
* Ability to mentor colleagues and support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care.
