Business Development Managers – Multi‑Residential

Caroma is one of Australia’s most trusted bathroom and kitchen brands — specified on some of the country’s largest residential projects and known for innovation, design and water efficiency.

Caroma is proudly part of GWA Group, an ASX‑listed organisation with over 100 years of experience creating market‑leading products across Australia and New Zealand.

We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Caroma’s presence in the multi‑residential market.

The opportunity

You’ll represent Caroma on major multi‑residential projects, building long‑term partnerships and influencing product specification across large developments.

What you’ll do

* Develop new business opportunities within the multi‑residential sector

* Build strong relationships with developers, builders, plumbers and key decision‑makers

* Grow project pipelines and secure long‑term agreements

* Achieve revenue and margin targets

* Lead product presentations and specification discussions

* Work closely with internal sales, marketing and product teams

About you

* Experience on the supplier side of construction (plumbing products, windows, flooring, joinery or similar)

* Existing network within the construction or development industry

* Commercial mindset with the ability to influence specifications

* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

* Understanding of construction workflows and buying decisions
