Administrator / Coordinator – Wimbledon We are looking for a proactive Administrator/Coordinator to join a leading engineering and facilities services provider at their Wimbledon office. The Role: * Raising and managing purchase orders for engineering and FM projects * Liaising with suppliers to track and process equipment and material orders * Supporting compliance activities, ensuring records and certifications are up to date * Assisting project and contract managers with administrative and coordination tasks * Maintaining accurate documentation to support engineering and facilities operations About You: * Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office and business systems * Previous admin or coordination experience within engineering, FM, construction or technical services is highly desirable * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment * A confident communicator with a keen eye for detail What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £31,000 per annum * Full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm * 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays * A friendly, professional team and great working atmosphere * Career development opportunities within a respected engineering/FM services business If you have experience supporting engineering, maintenance, or facilities management teams and enjoy a role that combines admin with operational coordination, we’d love to hear from you
