Quality Controller - Ruskington Site
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Controller to join our team at the Ruskington site.
Shift: 5 out of 6 days Afternoons
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring all products consistently meet high Food Safety and Quality Standards.
* Carrying out routine factory audits, including GMP, hygiene checks, packaging and labeling verification, and documentation reviews.
* Ensuring full compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.
* Supporting the site in producing high‑quality products and driving continuous improvement.
* Accurately completing quality documentation and escalating any non‑conformances.

Our Ideal Candidate
* Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills
* Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Previous experience in quality control or auditing within a food manufacturing environment is desirable
* Food Safety Level 3 (or working toward it) would be advantageous
