The Role
As a full-time class teacher, you will take full responsibility for your class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire a love of learning. You will play a key role in shaping pupil progress, contributing to the wider school community, and upholding the trust’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
Provide clear and constructive feedback to support development
Manage behaviour confidently using consistent and proactive strategies
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders
Contribute to wider school life, including meetings, events, and enrichment activities
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil achievement
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching within primary key stages
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
A reflective practitioner with a proactive and professional approach
Genuine dedication to pupil wellbeing and achievement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
