We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to support operations at a busy accommodation site in Edinburgh. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties Carrying out general maintenance and facilities duties across the property Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the student accommodation site Completing room checks and reporting maintenance issues Assisting with basic repairs and reactive maintenance tasks Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well maintained Supporting health & safety procedures across site Assisting with deliveries, stock movement, and site set-up where required Providing excellent customer service to students, visitors, and contractors Responding to emergencies or on-site issues when requiredWhat We’re Looking For Previous facilities, maintenance, or handyman experience desirable Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and proactive approach to work Comfortable working shifts and weekends Ability to work independently and as part of a team
