? The Role
We're recruiting a reliable and skilled Plumber / Maintenance Operative to work on a variety of domestic social housing properties across Sheffield.You'll deliver essential repairs and planned works, ensuring homes remain safe, functional, and comfortable for tenants.
?? Key Duties
* Responsive plumbing repairs (leaks, blockages, pipework, etc.)
* Bathroom and kitchen plumbing maintenance
* Fitting taps, cylinders, sinks, baths & showers
* Basic multi-trade tasks (desirable but not essential)
* Completing work to high standards with excellent tenant communication
?? What You'll Need
* Proven plumbing experience within domestic or social housing settings
* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred)
* Multi-skilled ability is a bonus
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong customer-facing skills
