Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Roadside Technician to join our recovery and breakdown support team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers in need — attending breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and carrying out minor roadside repairs to get vehicles moving again. You'll be working independently out in the field, so confidence, initiative, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy mechanical problem-solving, take pride in your work, and like helping people when they need it most, we'd love to hear from you.

* Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept in safe and working order
* Liaise with the control team and keep customers informed of progress
* Follow all health & safety guidelines and company procedures
