At Superior Healthcare, we’re seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Complex Care team at our Whitstable branch in Kent.

The Role?
As a Care Coordinator in our Complex Care division, you will:

* Lead with purpose : Manage your own clients in a geographic area covering shift requests.
*
* Collaborate effectively : Work closely with clients, nurses, carers and colleagues to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
*
* Deliver excellence : Ensure shift requirements are met with compassion, safety, and professionalism. Providing the highest level of customer service
*
* Innovate and improve : Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and management of clients care packages
*
* Support : Be a team player, supportive and passionate about everything you do.
This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week plus additional hours according to the needs of the business. The starting salary is £25,200, rising to £28,350after successfully completing probation. The hours of work are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, with participation in for Superior Healthcare’s ‘out of hours’ on-call service rota.
