A full UK driving licence and access to transport (due to site visits).

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to end users, both remotely and on-site.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure and equipment.
* Deliver user-focused technical training where required.
* Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
* Work independently and collaboratively to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role.
* Experience with technical support and troubleshooting skills across a range of IT systems.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
