Our client is a pioneering retail technology business redefining how major retailers manage and enhance in-store operations. With significant enterprise deployments already underway across tier-one and tier-two retailers, the company now seeks an accomplished Vice President of Sales to accelerate its next phase of global growth. This is a pivotal opportunity to guide a business from proven success to commercial maturity, leading strategy, culture, and revenue expansion across the UK, Europe, and the United States.


The VP of Sales will take full ownership of the commercial strategy, leading from the front while inspiring a high-performing team to deliver sustained growth.


The Vice President of Sales will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that converts pilot programmes into scalable, multimillion-pound deployments

• Secure complex enterprise deals and significantly expand installations across multiple global retail networks

• Build, lead, and mentor a talented commercial team encompassing pre-sales, business development, and marketing support

• Drive expansion into new markets including Europe and the United States, establishing a repeatable and scalable sales engine

• Partner closely with the Chief Executive to shape business direction, culture, and future leadership structure


You Will Need:

• A deep track record in retail technology sales, engaging major retailers across grocery and multi-store operations

• Proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals within complex buying environments

• A strong professional network across UK and European retail, with insight into international decision-making patterns

• A hunter mindset combined with the presence and judgement to lead from the front and build a culture of accountability and ambition

• Outstanding strategic and interpersonal skills, able to influence C-level stakeholders and guide an evolving organisation through growth
