Job Description
As a cleaner with MY Cleaners, you will be responsible for maintaining short-term rental properties to the highest standards, ensuring every guest has a spotless and welcoming experience. You will work independently or as part of a team, preparing properties between guest check-outs and check-ins.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas to a high standard.
* Change bed linen and towels for short lets and Airbnb properties.
* Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on time, ready for incoming guests.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
* Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients and team members.
Requirements
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK – we do not offer sponsorship visas.
* All successful candidates must complete training with MY Cleaners before receiving paid jobs, even if they already have cleaning experience.
* Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.
* Attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent work.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
* Own transport is an advantage but not required for all roles.
