* Crafting Excellence: From the first stroke of the pen to the final twist of the wrench, you'll guide our students through every step of their design journey. Set high standards for their work, and watch as they rise to meet – and exceed – your expectations.
* Measuring Success: Keep a finger on the pulse of student progress and achievement. Through careful assessment and insightful feedback, you'll track their development and celebrate their victories, ensuring no triumph goes unnoticed.
* Empowering Collaboration: Build bridges between students, parents, and the wider community. By setting short-term learning targets and fostering open communication, you'll create a supportive network dedicated to student success.
What the school offers its staff
We’re Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT) - a multi-academy trust with eight primary schools, five secondary schools, one sixth form and one Central Team under our umbrella. We’re dotted across Rotherham, South Yorkshire with one school based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. At WPT, students are at the heart of everything we do, and we aim to send all children into an ever-changing world, able and qualified to play their full part in it.
