This role manages risk across these areas, maintains compliance with regulations, and coordinates efforts across the Oxfam confederation to protect our reputation and systems.Reporting LinesPOST HOLDER REPORTS TO: Chief Transformation OfficerJOBS REPORTING TO THIS POST: Information Security Manager, Data Protection Manager, Data Protection Officer, Information Governance LeadWhat We Are Looking ForWe seek a candidate committed to Oxfam's mission to end poverty, aligned with our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.An ideal candidate will have:Proven senior leadership experience in information security within large, complex organizations.Deep knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO-27001).Experience managing PCI-DSS compliance across multiple payment channels.Understanding of GDPR and experience leading data privacy teams.Leadership skills in managing and developing security teams.Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders on security and privacy matters.Knowledge of Vulnerability and Threat Management processes, SIEM, EDR, WAF, SSO, VA tools, Penetration Testing, Cyber Breach Insurance, MSSP services.Experience managing large projects and multiple initiatives.Familiarity with relevant laws and compliance standards.DesirableBachelor's or Master's degree in related fields or equivalent professional experience.Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or similar.We OfferA competitive salary with benefits including flexible working, pension scheme, annual leave, sick pay, life assurance, and more.
