Description
Data input to Excel proformas
Reading and understanding Trust and Executry Files on 3E
Understanding Trust and Executry documents to lift and input relevant information
Working with consolidated tax packs etc to record capital and income movements in share portfolios
Updating all control sheets for the team
Corresponding and communicating with third parties to obtain outstanding information
Providing all numbers for the team for reporting purposes at the monthly team meeting
Communicating with the wider team.Profile
Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent IT skills - particularly with 3E and Excel
Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure
Ability to use initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team
Capable of working within the tax team and the private client department and working alongside other fee earners/departments as required.Job Offer
