PositionOverview:
AstheAccountManager,,exceptionalcustomersatisfaction,elevationofthebrand,anduncoveringnewopportunitieswithinexistingandnewaccounts.Theidealcandidatewillpossessstrongrelationshipbuildingskills,commercialawarenessandagenuinepassionforourbrandandproducts.
KeyResponsibilities:
* AccountManagement:Cultivateandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeyaccounts,actingastheprimarycontact.Gainadeepunderstandingoftheirneeds,preferences,andmarkettrendstocreaterangesandpresentLeToyVanaccordingly.
* Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Collaboratecloselywithmarketing,productdevelopment,andlogisticsteamstoensurecohesiveproductlaunches,promotions,andeffectiveinventorymanagement.
* MarketAnalysis:Regularlyconductmarketanalysestoidentifytrends,monitorcompetitoractivities,andexploreexpansionopportunitieswithinkeyaccounts.
* Reporting:Preparecomprehensivesalesreportsandforecastsformanagement,detailingkeyachievements,challenges,andopportunitiesforgrowth.
* CustomerSupport:Promptlyaddressanyissuesorconcernsraisedbykeyaccounts,ensuringahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction.
* Networking:Representourclientatindustryevents,tradeshows,andclientmeetingstopromoteproductsandstrengthenindustryrelationships.
Qualifications:
* Provenclientrelationshipbuildingandaccountmanagement,preferablywithintheretailsector.
* Strongretailacumenwithahistoryofmeetingandexceedingtargets.
* Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
* Abilitytoanalysedataandmarkettrendstoguidedecision-making.
* ProficiencyinCRMsoftwareandMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
* Apassionfordesignandanunderstandingofthegiftretaillandscapewouldbeasignificantadvantage.
