Belford Hospital, located at Fort William, is part of the NHS Highland laboratory network and delivers Biochemistry, Haematology, Coagulation, Blood Transfusion and Microbiology services.
Fort William is the outdoor capital of the UK, offering water sports, mountaineering and snow sports. It lies at the foot of Ben Nevis with Glasgow, Inverness and Stirling within a three‑hour drive.
Experience in a clinical environment is desirable, with a keen interest in laboratory services and an innovative approach to teamwork.

Benefits
* Effective 1 April 2026, Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours with proportional part‑time adjustment.
* Hourly rate will increase to ensure pay remains unaffected.
