A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Assistant Accountant to join a leading multinational company. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial operations across four Irish entities
* Statutory accounting, P&L, and month-end closing
* Ensure SOX compliance and controls across EMEA
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations & quarterly reviews
* Audit assistance - preparing year-end closure & supporting external auditors
* Handle Transfer Pricing activities and statutory reporting
* Process journal entries for accruals, prepayments & general ledger accuracy
* Identify and drive process improvements
What You Bring:
* Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with 3+ years in a multinational company
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX compliance
* Experience in Workday accounting system and advanced Excel skills
* Strong communication & stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
