I'm supporting a well‑established, nationally recognised organisation in Norwich who are looking to appoint a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their successful and growing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part‑qualified accountant looking to progress their career, gain exposure to senior stakeholders and contribute to meaningful commercial decisions.
You’ll play a key part in supporting the regional management team through accurate reporting, financial insight, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing monthly financial statements including P&;L, balance sheet and forecasts
* Analysing variances against budget, forecast and prior periods
* Providing support and development to Finance Assistants
* Delivering cost analysis and commercial insight to management
* Assisting the Finance Manager with annual budgeting
* Reviewing and enhancing reports and internal processes
* Ad‑hoc accounting duties as needed
You will be:
* Part‑qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and actively studying
* Ability to analyse and interpret data
* Construction-sector experience beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Highly organised with strong Excel and systems proficiency
