Nursery Practitioner
Location: Stirling
Salary: National living wage

Hours: Full Time 34 hours, Part Time 25 hours
The Role
1. To create a warm and welcoming environment
2. An ability to use own initiative and share ideas and information
3. A willingness to learn skills in identifying and meeting the childrens needs individually and within a group.
4. A willingness to learn skills in observation and tracking childrens development through Learning Journals.
5. Learn good knowledge and understanding of current documents & resources used and how to put the document into practise.
6. The ability to work within a team, maintaining positive relationships and developing productive teamwork.
7. Listen to advice/constructive criticism from peers/management and act upon it.
8. An awareness of Health and Safety within the nursery and ability to report any hazards for the purpose of risk assessments
9. Be supportive and diplomatic in your approach towards parents and children.
10. To have and show commitment to Little Stars Nurseries policies and Procedures
11. To attend occasional staff meetings outside of working hours (time for this will be compensated)
