Role Overview
As a Personal Assistant you will provide high‑level administrative support to senior leaders, manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, coordinate meetings and events, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
* Provide executive support, including diary and calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential documents with discretion.
* Prepare and format reports, board papers, presentations and business documentation, record meeting minutes and track action points.
* Support project progress monitoring and ensure tasks and milestones are completed on time.
* Collaborate with colleagues, apprentices and junior staff to structure and support efficient task completion.
* Maintain accurate records across systems such as Salesforce and Notion.
* Assist with compliance and governance activities to align with Indevor’s standards of excellence.
* Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, supporting our Gold accreditation from Investors in People.
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and support senior leadership.

Job Details
Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000 – £30,000 per year
Additional Pay: Performance bonus
Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends
Work Authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
Work Location: In‑Person, Chorley
