What You'll Be Doing
* Servicing, maintaining, and repairing electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles
* Diagnosing complex faults using advanced diagnostic tools and modern workshop technology
* Working on high-voltage EV systems (training and upskilling supported)
* Carrying out mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, and engine components
* Completing detailed inspections with clear and professional reporting
* Supporting a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy, efficiency, and minimal downtime
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician
* Strong mechanical skillset (essential)
* Experience or training in EV / Hybrid vehicles (highly desirable)
* IMI Level 3 or Level 4 in Electric/Hybrid (preferred but not essential)
* Confident in diagnostics across electrical and mechanical systems
* A technician who values quality, precision, and doing the job properly
* Full UK driving licence
