Role Summary The Internal Sales Executive will focus on developing relationships with our clients Dealer Partners, with a particular emphasis on re-engaging and growing business with underperforming accounts. This is a proactive, office-based role involving outbound calling, email follow-up and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be energetic, ambitious, and personable our client values character and drive over direct sales experience, and full training will be provided. Key Objectives Increase sales performance and engagement within assigned Dealer Partner accounts. Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent and proactive contact. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across our clients product portfolio. Ensure customer information is accurately maintained within CRM systems. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Make regular outbound calls and host Teams meetings with existing Dealer Partners to increase order volume and product adoption. Identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and events. Provide product information and support to help partners grow sales. Customer Relationship Development Maintain regular, professional contact with customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Address and resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently. Systems & Reporting Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activity in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Business Central. Report weekly on account activity and progress against targets. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Essential Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Confident, positive, and enthusiastic personality. Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and tasks. Willingness to learn and develop within the role. Desirable Experience using Microsoft Business Central and/or HubSpot CRM. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
