We are pleased to invite prospective applicants to apply for a position to work in our CAMHS Ipswich team working within our pioneering Children, Families and Young People's (CFYP) Services.
Less than 2 hours from London (yet a world away in terms of house prices and cost of living) and serviced by excellent transport links, Norwich is one of few UK cities that still retain a strong local identity and with that a strong sense of community – people walk down the street and say hello to each other, baristas remember our coffee order, you get to know about interesting local projects.
Our CFYP services continue to thrive and innovate. We led the way nationally by developing the first 0-25 specialist service in the UK. The Suffolk CFYP service is unique and aspires to address the issues for children and young people's mental health and wellbeing from 0-25. Over the past 24 months we've benefitted from investment, expansion and growth in existing and new services such as:
Early Intervention in Psychosis
Eating Disorders
Neurodevelopmental services
Under 18 Crisis Pathway Development
Mental health in schools' teams
