THE ROLE
* Oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and consistency
* Act as the key link between Team Leaders and senior leadership
* Manage escalations, blockers, and workload balancing across projects
* Drive delivery standards, process improvements, and operational efficiency
* Work closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain delivery continuity
THE CANDIDATE
* Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery, or Senior Project role
* Strong background delivering ERP projects (ideally Dynamics NAV / Business Central)
* Experience managing multiple workstreams, teams, and customer priorities
* Confident handling escalations, resolving issues, and driving outcomes
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
