Key Details Job Type: Teacher Start Date: ASAP Age range: KS3 – KS5 Contract: Agency supply with potential for permanent appointment Location: Birmingham School Type: SEN Salary: £150 - £170 per day About the Role The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality science lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of teaching and learning, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will also provide calm, consistent support to pupils with autism and other complex needs, helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum Mark and assess student work, providing clear feedback to support progress Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management Model respectful, inclusive behaviour and contribute to a classroom culture where every student feels valued, heard, and respected. About the School A supportive school for students aged 11-19 who are currently unable to access mainstream education due to challenging behaviour, ASC, or other complex needs.
