North Air is responsible for providing into-plane services on behalf of major oil companies. We operate at 20 locations across the UK, where we carry out approximately fuelling's per year. We aim to provide safe, reliable and efficient into-plane services to our customers' satisfaction.

The salary for this role will be between £27,000 and £29,078.5 per annum, depending on skills and experiences. There will also be a shift allowance of £3,236.16 per annum, paid in 12 monthly installments.

The role will be working a rotating Pattern over 7 days including early starts and late finishes.

Responsible to Airport Manager/Supervisor to organise, optimise and co-ordinate the day to day operational activities carried out at the facility, for accurate data input, production of daily and periodic reports, general administration required within the depot's operations.

Responsible for day-to-day despatching of operators to refuel aircraft ensuring our customer requirements for fuel quality, safety, environmental protection and service levels, are met.

* Take an active part in ensuring the companies HSSE expectations are met at all times during all activities.
* Be point of contact for radio communications with operating staff and customers, directing operating staff to aircraft as required, ensuring that refuelling's are carried out safely and efficiently
* Assist in maintaining, documenting and participating in effective HSEQ management systems, Safety reporting, site duty of care, vehicle planned maintenance and defect system.
* To help ensure operations comply with North air HSSE procedures and Safety Management System. Confirm standards through regular self-auditing. Ensure all records are kept in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
* FHS System – ensure accurate and timely input. Collate data and enter into system, print, check, send, backup and file daily. Compile accurate mid and month end reports. Deal with enquiries from all parties in an efficient and timely manner.
* Communicate with customers to ensure that operational and stock accounting requirements are efficiently and effectively met.
* To log vehicle defects into the Piranna system and to liaise with the supervisor / VSB team to ensure defects are cleared / scheduled servicing is completed in a timely manner.
* To escort, meet and deal with all personnel arriving at the site in an efficient manner.
* Ensure that those files designated as the responsibility of the operations Coordinators are effectively maintained. May include, but not limited to, technical and HSE bulletins, marketing information (stop lists, contract listings).
* To assist Manager and Supervisor in administration tasks as required

Shared Accountabilities

* Assist with stock control activities and communications to provide an effective and efficient stock accounting operation at the site
* Responsible for assisting in maintaining safe working environment and practices at the airfield including proactive action on HSE matters
* Assist in maintaining stationery and other general site needs. Assist in general good housekeeping.
* Assist as required with any audits carried out by the company, partners, customers or other authorities.
* Assist as required/requested to ensure that operations comply with all requirements specified in relevant legal agreements between the company, partners, airlines and authorities (airport authority, landlords, licence providers, HSE, CAA, Environmental Protection Agency, Fire Services).
* Play a positive part in customer service, monitoring performance of fuelling service to customers and assist in reporting findings on any complaints and implementing any corrective or preventative measures to prevent re-occurrence

Skills & Experience:

* Good administration skills (Essential)
* Admin and Organisation (Essential)
* Computer literate, able to use Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc (Essential)
* Aviation or Logistics Experience (Desirable)
* Airfield Knowledge (Desirable)
* Scheduling Experience (Desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,078.50 per year
