Purchase Ledger / Credit Control Assistant (Part‑Time 4 Days/Week)
Belfast – 22,000–24,000 (DOE)
Were looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger / Credit Control Assistant to join a finance team in the Belfast city centre. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in accounts payable and credit control who wants a flexible position with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Credit control – manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments
* Enter purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Post bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts
* Support wider finance tasks as needed
Criteria
* Minimum 1 year in a finance role
* Solid industry experience in a similar position
* Strong credit control background – essential
* Proficiency with Sage – Sage 200 ideal but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
