An exciting opportunity for an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join a leading global tech innovator working on advanced wireless technologies including 5G and beyond. You'll be part of a skilled international team developing high-performance RF solutions in cutting-edge CMOS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop RF sub-systems for next-generation wireless products
* Collaborate on system specification and architecture
* Drive circuit design from concept to silicon validation
* Tackle SoC integration and layout optimisation challenges
* Work closely with global teams across multiple time zones
Essential Skills:
* MSc or PhD in a relevant field
* 5+ years of industry experience in RF IC design
* Proven track record of delivering high-performance designs to production
* Strong knowledge of CMOS processes (16nm and below)
* Confident in RF system analysis, layout supervision, and problem-solving
Desirable:
* Familiarity with industry-standard design and simulation tools
* Experience with wireless system requirements and data analysis
