HR Advisor - Manufacturing Business
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update all HR Systems with accurate information.
* Coordinate and support engagement activities on site, including local events and collaboration with external partners.
* Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
* Assist with implementing Group HR policies and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience as an HR advisor/assistant, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Ideally, a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification.
This is a site-based role requiring a valid driving license due to limited public transport access.
We are looking for candidates who can join at short notice or immediately, due to the FTC nature of the role.
