Dealership Management Accountant Vacancy - Northampton Car Dealership
* Position: Dealership Management Accountant
* Location: Kettering
* Basic Salary: £50,000 + Bonus
* OTE: £55,000
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Flexible)
We're recruiting for a well-established franchised dealership group with two main dealer sites in the Northamptonshire area, seeking a capable and confident individual to lead their friendly and professional accounts team.
As the Dealership Management Accountant, you'll head operations across multiple sites, based out of Kettering. You'll be part of a close-knit accounts team of four, working alongside a Senior Management Accountant and 2 Junior Management Accountants.
Responsibilities of a Dealership Management Accountant:
* Full management accounts preparation and reporting
* VAT submissions and reconciliations
* Payroll processing and support
* Account management across multiple entities
* Preparation of motor trade-specific financials (IFCs)
* Supporting operational leaders with financial insight and analysis
Requirements of a Dealership Management Accountant:
* Knowledge of Pinnacle DMS is a significant advantage
* Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential
* Candidates must hold a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
